- PTA Commercial
-
I was watching Sportscenter and one of those PTA commercials came on, you probably have seen them before. Anyway, whoever the guy was was asking questions like, "What movie did I have the 'need for speed'?" I'm like, 'I dunno, who the hell are you?' Then he asked two more questions like that. Finally he said, "One more question, who does your kid sit in front of in homeroom?" The narrator then goes on to say, "Know the things that really matter. Know about your kids." blah, blah, blah. I understand the message, to be more involved in your kid's lives, but does a parent need to know who their child sits in front of in homeroom?!? Come on! First, your kid might not even tell you that because it's incredibly trivial information. Second, what if you don't have homeroom everyday? We had homeroom like once every two months, how am I supposed to know who I sit in front of? Besides, we didn't sit in the same spot everytime. (Side note, my dog just farted and it REALLY smells...lucky me, eh?). Anyway, I'm off on a mini-tangent now.
